These terms explain the BRACD service platform, eligibility, responsibilities and limits. Business-specific legal details are clearly marked for confirmation.

Provider: Bracd Technologies

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of BRACD's mobile protection and after-sales service platform. BRACD connects customers with participating retailers and service centers and facilitates eligible service requests. BRACD is not an insurance company, does not underwrite risk and does not provide financial compensation or insurance coverage.

  • Service Request means a request for service assistance submitted through BRACD.
  • Applicable Service Terms means the specific terms, eligibility rules, limitations and exclusions provided with a customer's BRACD service.

3. Eligibility

Access and service assistance depend on the applicable service terms, participating retailer activation, customer and device information, the reported issue, documentation and successful verification. Not every customer, device or issue is eligible.

4. BRACD Services

BRACD provides a platform for service access, request intake, eligibility verification, status communication, service-center coordination and after-sales support. BRACD does not promise cash payment, monetary reimbursement or guaranteed replacement of a lost or damaged phone.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide complete, current and accurate identity, contact, device and request information.
  • Keep purchase records, service documents and reference details available.
  • Protect personal data and remove or back up device data where possible before service.
  • Follow reasonable inspection, packaging, handover and service instructions.
  • Use the platform lawfully and communicate promptly when further information is requested.

6. Device and Service Eligibility

Device and issue eligibility are determined under the applicable service terms after verification. Eligibility may depend on device identifiers, purchase or activation records, condition, issue type, timing and required evidence. Submission or acceptance of a request does not by itself confirm eligibility.

7. Service Request Process

A customer submits the requested details and documentation. BRACD reviews the request and, if eligible, coordinates it with a participating service center. The center may inspect the device, determine the applicable service action and update the request. Service is completed only according to the applicable service terms.

8. Verification Requirements

BRACD may request registered contact details, purchase or activation proof, IMEI or other device identifiers, photographs, issue descriptions, identity information and other documents reasonably needed to verify a request or prevent misuse. A request may be paused or declined if required information is missing, inconsistent or unverifiable.

9. Service Limitations and Exclusions

Limitations and exclusions are set out in the customer's applicable service terms. Service may be unavailable for ineligible devices or issues, inaccurate information, prohibited use, unauthorized alterations, missing documentation, or circumstances outside the applicable terms. BRACD makes no absolute promise that every issue will be repaired, repaired without charge or completed within a particular time.

10. Retailer Responsibilities

Participating retailers are responsible for accurately explaining the service offered, providing applicable terms, recording correct customer and device information, processing activation as applicable and not making promises beyond BRACD's authorized service description. Retailers remain responsible for their own sales conduct and legal obligations.

11. Service-Center Responsibilities

Participating service centers are responsible for device assessment, safe handling, communicating findings, performing authorized service with reasonable skill and care, and maintaining service records. A service center's technical assessment may affect whether and how a request proceeds.

12. Service Availability

Availability may depend on location, operating capacity, parts, device type, participation of a suitable service center and circumstances beyond reasonable control. No fixed repair or completion timeline applies unless expressly stated in the applicable service terms.

13. Cancellation

Cancellation is governed by the applicable purchase or service terms and the stage of activation or service. A request to cancel may not be accepted after service access is activated, a service request has been acted upon, the device has been submitted, or costs have been incurred, except where required by applicable law.

14. Refunds and Adjustments

Any refund or adjustment is available only where provided by the applicable terms or required by law. Approval depends on verification, payment records, service status and the reason for the request. BRACD does not guarantee a refund. Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment method or process, subject to provider processing times.

15. Prohibited Use

  • Submitting false, altered, duplicate or misleading information or documents.
  • Misrepresenting device identity, ownership, condition, issue or service history.
